jllll Terms & Conditions — Rules, Rights, and Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jllll ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jllll website located at jllll.io and all associated services, games, betting products, and payment features offered thereon.

By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the jllll platform, you represent that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all versions of the jllll platform, including any mobile browser-accessible version. jllll does not operate a separate downloadable application; all references to the "platform" refer to the browser-based interface accessible at jllll.io.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain a jllll account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jllll does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any real-money game or betting activity on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activities of this nature are not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

jllll reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any time, including at registration, upon withdrawal request, or following any flagged account activity. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date documentation upon request.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets, you must register a jllll account by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. All registration information must be truthful, current, and complete.

jllll reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Registrations using false information, temporary email addresses, or non-Bangladeshi identity documents may be declined.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jllll operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter)

Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts that have not completed KYC verification. jllll may place a temporary hold on account funds during the verification review period. jllll is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jllll account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. jllll will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact jllll support immediately at [email protected]. jllll accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Currency and Payment Methods

All jllll account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change; refer to the Cashier section of the platform for the current list.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in an active promotional offer. Deposits are credited to your jllll wallet upon confirmation received from the payment provider, typically within 10–30 seconds for mobile financial service transfers. jllll does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which jllll accepts no responsibility.

jllll reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified, originates from a payment method not registered to the account holder, or is associated with suspected fraudulent activity.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully KYC-verified account holders. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements. jllll targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours for standard requests; processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or for accounts requiring additional verification.

jllll does not charge withdrawal fees to the player. Any fees levied by the receiving payment provider are outside jllll's control. jllll reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Players must not use the jllll platform as a funds transfer or money exchange service; deposits must be genuinely intended for gaming activity.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jllll operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) principles. All account activity is subject to monitoring for patterns consistent with money laundering, structuring, or other financial crimes. jllll reserves the right to freeze, suspend, or close accounts and report suspicious activity where required. Players who deposit funds without genuine gaming intent may have their accounts closed and balances held pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotional rewards issued by jllll are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available only to newly registered players making their first qualifying deposit. 5.3 Prohibited Bonus Strategies

The following practices in connection with bonus funds are strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Using bonus funds exclusively on games excluded from wagering contribution
• Low-risk, hedged, or arbitrage betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure
• Claiming bonuses in coordination with other players as part of a collective bonus abuse strategy
• Exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting systems

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific bonus terms. Expired bonus funds and any unconverted free spin credits are automatically removed from the account and cannot be reinstated.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jllll platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game's information panel. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of that game. In the event of a conflict between the in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail for account and payment matters; in-game rules prevail for game-specific outcome determinations.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All jllll casino games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and are not influenced by jllll, its staff, its systems, or any other party. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are disclosed within the game information panel and represent long-term statistical expectations, not guaranteed per-session returns.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a game or software malfunction — including server disconnection during a live betting event or live dealer session — jllll will attempt to resolve the issue fairly and transparently. Any bets voided due to a verifiable technical malfunction will be refunded to the player's account. Malfunctions void all pays and plays in affected rounds. jllll accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.3 Sports Betting

All sports bets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, and other markets, are subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the jllll platform. jllll reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets differently in cases of event cancellation, abandonment, result reversal by the governing body, or where jllll has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity on a market.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jllll platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Bangladeshi law or the laws of any applicable jurisdiction
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Opening or operating more than one jllll account, whether personally or through a proxy
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform mechanics
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer table games
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or pricing mistakes in games or betting markets
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider for funds deposited and used on the platform
• Attempting to launder funds through the jllll platform
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jllll staff or other players
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or compromise the security or integrity of the jllll platform, its databases, or its software systems

8. Responsible Gaming

jllll is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that restrict how much can be added to your jllll wallet within the chosen period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications that alert you when you have been active on the platform for a defined period.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jllll's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your jllll account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jllll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if jllll has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jllll does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, or third-party service failures may temporarily affect availability. jllll accepts no liability for losses arising from such unavailability.

12. Account Termination and Closure

12.1 Termination by jllll

jllll reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, withhold or forfeit account balances, and void pending bets or game rounds in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration or verification information
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7
• Instruction from a competent authority, law enforcement body, or financial institution

12.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your jllll account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any available balance at the time of closure — subject to all bonus wagering requirements having been met and no outstanding KYC requirements — will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts under active investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is concluded.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jllll reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the jllll platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

14.1 Dispute Process

If you wish to raise a formal dispute regarding a game outcome, a payment, or a bonus settlement, you must submit the dispute in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be considered. jllll will acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and aims to provide a substantive resolution within 10 business days. Both parties agree to engage in good faith to resolve disputes before pursuing any other remedy.

14.2 Governing Principles

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with internationally accepted principles of fair play and consumer protection applicable to online gaming platforms. Both parties agree that any unresolved dispute shall be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration body before any further action is taken.
